📚 Literacy Boom: Our Literacy MGP (Median Growth Percentile) jumped +8 points to 54! Plus, 1st grade READ Act proficiency grew from 39% ➡️ 59% from fall to spring!
🧪 Science & Math Success: 5th grade Science hit 77% approaching or higher, and Math MGP is up +2 points! MGP
🌐 Multilingual Gains: MLLs crushed language targets with a 51.0 ACCESS median growth (exceeding 1-year target)!
💯 100% Participation: Maintained a perfect 100% accountability participation rate in Math two years running!
📈 Schoolwide Growth: 5th grade ELA proficiency surged to 36% (up from 21%)!

Tomorrow, May 29th is the last day of school! Our dismissal is at 11:10 a.m. McMeen will close at 11:10 a.m. and childcare will not be available after this time. Please be sure to pick your child up at 11:10 a.m.

Our "Girls on the Run" club will be hosting a bake sale and lemonade stand tomorrow, May 14th from 2:50-4 p.m. to benefit Humane Colorado! Kona Ice will also be at McMeen after school tomorrow. As a reminder, students cannot take Kona Ice on the bus.
