The 2025-26 school year will begin in August! Here's how you can prepare:
Make sure you have registered your student online through the DPS Parent Portal. See here for more information about the online registration process.
If you are unable to complete online registration, you can register in-person at McMeen on any of the following days:
Tuesday, August 5th between 8 a.m. - 2 p.m.
Wednesday, August 6th between 12 p.m. - 7 p.m.
Thursday, August 7th between 8 a.m. - 2 p.m.
When you are registering, make sure your contact information is up to date. This is especially important because Denver Public Schools will email you instructions on how to sign up for our new communications platform. We will use this platform starting with this 2025-26 school year; it is replacing Reachwell and Dojo. More info to come!
Make sure your student has their school supplies. You can find the school supplies lists here.
Mark your calendars for the first day of school! Kindergarten through 5th grade will start school on Monday, August 18th. ECE will start school on Tuesday, August 19th.
