¡Hola!
Yo soy Oliverio Guevara y nací en Zacatecas, México. Soy maestro de primer grado lenguaje dual. Obtuve mi licenciatura de español y estudios latinoamericanos en la Universidad de Illinois en Chicago y obtuve mi maestría en educación en la Universidad Dominicana en River Forest, Illinois. He estado enseñando por 21 años, 16 años en Illinois y 5 años en Denver. Me gusta salir a las montañas con mi familia y mi perro Hunter a caminar y apreciar lo maravilloso que es la naturaleza.

I am Oliverio Guevara, and I was born in Zacatecas, Mexico. I am a first-grade dual language teacher. I received my bachelor’s degree in Spanish and Latin American studies from the University of Illinois at Chicago and my master’s degree in Education from Dominican University in River Forest, Illinois. I have been teaching for 21 years, 16 years in Illinois and 5 years in Denver. I like to go out into the mountains with my family and my dog Hunter to walk and appreciate how wonderful nature is.
