About Our School

McMeen has been named a Distinguished Denver Public School by the Colorado Department of Education.
Our School Mission
McMeen Elementary's Mission is to offer standards based instruction, focused on developing the gifts and talents of the whole child through a partnership of parents teachers, and students. McMeen uses a positive behavior system (PBS) that teaches affirmative character traits and encourages appropriate student and adult behaviors.
