Welcome, McMeen Families! The Parent Teacher Organization (PTO) helps fundraise for our school, support our teachers in the classroom, facilitate parent engagement and host community building events. PTO consists of parents, grandparents, teachers and staff who work together to support our school and community. Joining is free and available to everyone. Our upcoming Parent Coffee Meeting is Friday, April 06 at 8 am in the auditorium.

Our upcoming PTLT and PTO meeting is Monday, April 09  at 5:30 and 6:00 pm in the library and cafeteria. Childcare and translators are provided.
PTO will sell popcorn and drinks after school and McMeen University on Wednesday, April 18th. Everything is $1 each! Thank you for your support

Each year , we open the parent Teacher Organization’s board positions for election ,these are the positions for the board:

  • President
  • Co-President
  • Treasurer
  • Secretary

Elections will be held at our next PTO meeting on Monday, May 7th
It’s Box Tops Competition time! Bring your unexpired Box Tops to your teacher by Friday, May 11th.
The class that brings in the most Box Tops wins a Popsicle party and the teacher wins a $25 Starbucks gift card!).
Teachers and Staff Appreciation week is May 7th through 11th. PTO is hosting a build your own salad lunch on Tuesday, May 8th for our teachers and staff. If you can donate food, please sign up here: or let Gaby know.
Items can be dropped off Monday, May 7th during the PTO meeting in the cafeteria at 6 pm or the morning of Tuesday, May 8th at the front desk. 
Save the date! PTO is hosting a free family movie night on Friday, May 11th. Pizza, snacks and drinks will be sold starting at 5:30 pm. The movie, COCO, will show at 6 pm in the auditorium.
