8:10 a.m. - 11:00 a.m.

• McMeen Elementary is situated in a greenbelt and park area next to Cherry Creek. 
• We have a diverse student population with an enrollment of approximately 615 students.  
• Our student ethnicity is 44% Hispanic, 28% Black, 19% White, 7% Asian/Pacific Islander, and 2% American Indian or Alaskan Native. 
• Our English Language Learner population is approximately 41%.   
• Approximately 80% of the students participate in free or reduced price lunch programs.

Registration for all students interested in attending McMeen E.S. for the 09/10 school year must pre register.  Registration dates/times are as follows;

Student registration: Registration for NEW and RETURNING students will be held August, 5, 6, & 7^th from 8:30 a.m. -3:30 p.m.  All returning students need to pre-register.  If they have moved, they need to bring proof of address such as a lease or excel bill if the have moved over the summer. New students need to bring in proof of address such as a lease or an Excel bill, immunization and original birth certificate.
